Golf has had an incredible barrier to entry for years. We hated that, so we started First Swing Golf.
Golf should not
cost a fortune.
We realized there was a problem with the current state of golf — it was limited to people with money. There was no way for a family that couldn't spend $1,000 to get their kid started in golf. We wanted to change that.
Throughout our time on the Saint Anthony Village High School Golf Team, we learned how to coach well. We've seen the struggles that young golfers face, and we know how to fix them.
Learning to golf was a transformative part of our lives. It shaped who we are today, and we want to share that same experience with kids who never would have had the chance otherwise.

Always Free
No hidden fees. No equipment charges. No "suggested donation." If you're 12 or under and you live in our area, you play for free — full stop.
All Gear Provided
We have youth-sized clubs in every size, tees, and balls. You don't need to own anything. Just show up in clothes you can move in.
No Experience Needed
Truly never held a club before? Perfect. Our coaches love working with total beginners. There's no skill level too low to start here.

Both coaches are dedicated high school golfers with years of experience helping younger kids and competing themselves. They know what they're talking about.
Henry
I have caddied for 6 years and played golf for 4. Caddying for many different people has given me the unique opportunity to see swings of all shapes and styles — and that experience has shown me the most common problems and how to fix them.
Gavin
I have been on the golf team for 4 years and played varsity for 2 of them. I earned All-Conference Honorable Mention recognition. I have studied the rules of golf and know what to look for in a swing and how to help fix it.
